REFUND POLICY

Customers may return non-coffee merchandise for an exchange or full refund minus the cost of shipping and handling within 30 days of the ship date. Product should be unused and in original packaging. It is the customer’s responsibility to cover the cost of the return shipment. Once the product has been received by Hidden Peaks Coffee and Roasting Company and approved for exchange you’ll receive an email notifying you. Coffee items are non-eligible for exchange or return due to food safety standards. We want you to fully enjoy your experience with us so please reach out if you have any questions regarding your order and we will negotiate your purchase.


SHIPPING POLICY

Please be assured that your items will ship out within two days of purchase. The carrier that will be used is USPS. Sorry but we cannot ship to P.O.boxes. If you are trying to estimate when the package will be delivered please keep in mind that credit card verification must be received prior to processing. In State orders will be charged 7.8% sales tax. Out of state orders will not be charged sales tax.
